He has extensive experience on Green and Affordable Housing and Community Development including managing and teaching large HUD affordable housing programs nationally across the USA and internationally. Applying multi-cultural and international best practices to enhance affordable housing, David Hoicka has overseen financial and operational management of programs of all sizes, creating and/or managing low income housing and community development programs for 1000s of families. David Hoicka prepares for future growth of the affordable housing program.
