The notice provides guidance on including the value of a home in net family assets starting in the eleventh year of homeownership under the HCV program. Family Unification Program (FUP) Survey 27 Jan 2012 at 7:07am On January 27, 2012, HUD published an information collection notice in the Federal Register regarding its intent to conduct a survey for research on the role of FUP vouchers in providing housing for youth aging out of foster care. The comment due date is March 27, 2012. Study of PHA Engagement with Homeless Households 25 Jan 2012 at 7:07am On January 25, 2012, HUD published a Federal Register notice regarding a study to explore and document how PHAs currently serve and interact with homeless households.
